A truck stop win becomes a recipe for disaster for one team, while a calculated error in groceries makes another team pay the price. The four remaining trucks go to Memphis, Tennessee. They meet a local legend Jim Neely, who challenges them to make barbecue sauce and use it to cook pork from a whole pig they break down themselves. He declares Roxy's Grilled Cheese the winner of the challenge, allowing them a head start. The challenge hits a speed bump when Tyler tells the teams they can only serve vegetarian food.
